cosmetics on a lace mat. This card is a easy to make and cut out and
the instructions are on the sheets. There are stoppers included for
HAPPY BIRTHDAY and BLANK for your own wording.
There are 5 sheets in the kit: 1 Easel Base and Back Panel, 1 Topper
and Stopper selection, 1 Decoupage sheet, 1 Envelope Front and 1
Envelope Back.
